hey how is everything. ended up taking 1st in class and 1st overall at the INBF Mr. Super Natural then 2nd in junior mens and 2nd in open lightheavyweight at the Natural USA.. i told ya id keep ya posted so i figured id let ya know haha

oh nice yeah thats not too far away at all. training and diet are right on for my show. 14 weeks out and im def leaner then i thought i would be this far out. keep workin hard bro.
