I have always been into working out but then when I went to college my roomate who is now my best friend (woopitskevin) was a bodybuilder and he taught me what it was all about. I've been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the discipline you need in order to achieve your goals. Nothing is given to you in this sport, every bit of it is earned.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at old pictures to see how far I've come from when I first started seriously lifting.
BB Accomplishments:
Became sponsored by Cellucor and Gener8 Supplements. Placed 1st in Novice Heavyweights and 1st place overall in the INBF Mr. Super Natural. 2nd place in Junior mens and 2nd place in the light heavyweight at the INBF Natural USA's.

This whole stuff that I'm about, This whole "never back down, never quit" started at the gym and its 100% truth. That's why I believe in it so much. It was here that I learned that you really have to work for everything you have and I learned to work hard. Go train, work hard till you can't train anymore, and then go train some more after. Go beyond what you think your body is capable of.
He is the man. Live together, eat our meals together, train together. were basically like brothers at college. You will find nobody with more heart and determination. Would not be surprised if he got his pro card within the next year. HELLO DOLLY
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Since I lift at my college gym in Brockport, it has a tendency to be very busy at random times so its hard to get the dumbells or equipment you may want to use when you want it.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
usually about 2 minutes to let my muscle recover.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I went in and worked out hard but I had no routine. I would just go in the gym and workout whatever I felt like with no sense of order or knowledge of what or why I was doing what i was doing.
Why I like this video: Jeff Willett is 100% natural yet can still look the way he does in this video because of years of dedication. It shows what the body is naturally capable of with long term dieting and training.

Finally settled in at college, SUNY Brockport, and still dieting and training for the INBF Natural USA. Trained for the past 7 weeks during summer along with carrying a job, now another 6 to go. Getting up, going to work for 6 hours then training in the gym for 2 hours, while fitting in 7 meals...
I just dropped by to say that you look absolutely fantastic! You have a body that so many men dream of but are not willing to put the effort into developing. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as your achievement. You are a fantastic inspiration to others, especially me. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.

If you do really well at your next show. You might pick up some more sponsorship. Be determined and put all you can into the October show. Of course, keep that same focus on school as well. But I get the idea you are more than capable of doing that too.
The INBF World Championship is in New York early in November. Go to www.inbf.net In fact my pic is on the home page that opens up. When I get into work tomorrow I will get the info and email it to you. Night time here in the Desert, so it will be later on today for you.
Lester, Thanks for the add. You are light years ahead of were I was at your age. Not only should you do the INBF in October, you should consider the Worlds in November. I have no doubt you will make some serious headway.
