I began lifting my freshman year in high school(1996). By the end of my sophmore year (1998) I weighed 140lbs with max benchpress of 225lbs and could squat 300lbs. After quitting football my junior year I have not worked out significantly since.
I joined the US Air Force in 2003 weighing 165lbs. Since joining and having access to a free gym I began to get back into the same shape I was in high school. I had found a great workout partner and in one year's time I weighed 157lbs, had my bench press max back to 200lbs and felt great, but then my workpout parnter got orders to another base. I started taking college classes and stopped working out as diligently as I had been.
All right, so now I weigh 166lbs, have a gut, look and feel like crap, and I want to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. When I don't workout I tend to drink beer and sleep all day. Some would call it depression, but I call it laziness. It helps keep my attitude positive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Having a workout partner really helped me to stay motivated, but spending hundreds of dollars on supplements helps also. I'm a huge boxing fan and watching a great fight with fighters in tip-top shape helps me too keep my a## going.
I love CL stuff man. I can't say enough good stuff about it. I'm on keto and I thought it was good stuff to get myself pumped in the gym since I was dragging. Then I worked out on my carb-up day with the stuff and holy crap, it felt like I could go forever and lift anything. Purple Wraath is my favorite supp ever. White Flood is great too.
work out hard, drink lots of water eat protein first carbs next then a good source of fat like flax oil avocados peanuts or butter
Thank bro good luck anything else let me now try to help peace
Awesome man, eat some good pizzzzzzzzza for me. We lived outside the city in Naperville and I commuted to Brookfield work at the zoo. I don't miss the winters but miss the people and the food. When are you going to start the mass gaining again? I hope to start at end of summer and really hit it hard this winter.
Yeah been cutting for the past three weeks topped out at 188 and down to 178 as of today. Back and forth on the weight but still headed down. I actually switched to muscle milk at the end of may from cyto-gainer and ran after I finished one of the 4.+ lb cont. I been trying to get rid of this dog food bag of whey before I order more m. milk but think I'm going to stay on it for a while. hey are you near Chicago moved dwn to OBX's NC a yr ago and missing the big city.
thats good.. it really helps to have equipment near by.. i have a bench at my folks place but my place is too small for me to move it.. as for shoulders.. military was my main exercise, it was my best for size.. but i would recommend doing a lot of lat raises and other exercises that target the smaller supporting shoulder muscles
chest workouts going better than i expected. im sticking to all types of flyes for now until my shoulders get stronger and more flexible so i can do press. hows training going for u?
thanks a lot man! i really want to put in some work on my chest. i think it could really use some improvement. but great job trimming down so far. I know first hand it aint easy. keep up the hard work!
Alright new pics will be in soon, farmers tan included with no extra charge! I have been trying to rip the back up here lately and the biceps. My new project besides kicking yall's ass is working in the gym with Barkey he finally got his lazy ass motivated. We will see what happens!
