How I Started:
I played college football where I lifting alot but then I joined the army because I ended having a daughter. Upon joining the army I gained nearly 70 lbs going from 220 to nearly 290. I decided it was time to change for 2 reasons, 1 I looked like the living blob and second I just had a son and I dont want him looking at me as a role model being a fat slob.
Why I Love It:
It makes my body feel so much better and I also enjoy the looks that I receive in and out of the weightroom.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of Ronnie Coleman flexing his back. Thats incredible!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Well since being her in Iraq I have won 3 weight lifitng competitions. The first was a squat where I did 425, (I hadnt squatted in 2 years when I did this. I won a deadlift competition with a lift of 510. Then about a month later where I did a lift of 540 on deadlift and broke the Base record.
