Hi BB, How are you doing? For me still struggling at the muscle gains. I'm having a hard time achieving the tone and muscle diffenitions. I take my protein regularly, I eat the right food (I think) But I seem to have seen no progress, especiallyt he lower regions. Can you giv me some tips or do you know of a trainer that can help me reach my full potential. Thanks Pua

Hi Pauline just wanted to give you an update. I just recentley dicovered I'm pregnant, excited..yes. I'm just concerned about weight lifting and pregnancy, Do you know orr if you know someone that can give me advise on what kind of exercises I can do without harming the pregnancy? I'm 2mos preg as of friday.

Hi Pauline, thanks again. I'm taking it say by day and trying to keep positive. It's a rough road but I think it'll be ok at the end. I won't stop pushing myself forward, that's the only way I know. Thanks again!

Hi Pauline, well things been a little rough. Just ended a 4 year relationship and it's bringing me down. I'm still working out but I see him there and it breaks my heart. But I'm getting by. How are things on your end?

LOL! Yeah well its good on this side of the world. I injured myself at the gym so I've been in therapy for about 3wks recovering. My fault of course, never warmed up.

Of course I'll help you! You just have to find it in yourself to want it and want it bad. It all starts with you and how serious about it! But I'm here for the extra push. Fitness is a life style. If I could do it so can you.

My progress has reached a plateau and not to mention i strained my hip flexor 3 days ago. Not going so good right now but i have set myself to be ready in november for my first show. How things for you? I still need alot of catching up to go.

But, Istill follow your cardio advise and it works for me. I try to intensify my cardio but I only do my limit. I still have jiggly areas around my trouble spots, thighs,glutes,hips.tri. Any suggestion for me? I'm taking a break unitl i'm healed. But when I'm ready I'm hitting the gym again.

Aloha Brandon! Long time no chat! your looking great as ever! and congrats on your wins! me I finaally decided to compete this year in the Paradise cup in November. I'm training with a friend at the gym that competes and is a trainer. But not sure how well she trains. So far I've been sore in all the wrong places and now I'm on the injured list, just by having her train me. Need to think this one through...

Hey you!! how did your surgery go? hope all is well! Anyways still training and no change but i do admit i did have many cheat days on my diet! OUCH!!! so well i'm back on track again.
