How I Started:
There's alot of reason how I got started...The extra push I got was seeing pics of myself, my energy level, and my clothes. Size 22 at the age 19yrs old all the way to age 34.
Why I Love It:
Its a challenge and its like an art. You can sculpt your physique the way you want it and see how well its progress. Plus for health wise it keeps it intact and lowers health risks.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyone around me that enjoys the same reason or their own reason why they stay fit.

Gaining lean mass and losing fat mass.

Thank you, nice bicep ya got there! =0) You can't 'spot reduce' but obviously squats, lunges, etc help mixed with clean eating will get those glutes in shape!

Whoa! So u had ACL surgery once... yet declined it again? I guess I'm a glutton for pain bec. I jumped on the oppty. to fix it the SAME. Besides, I am 155% satisfied with the results of the first surgery. Happy JOYful Holidays... *smile*

Oh, it stands for high intensity interval training (HIIT)...i.e. you run at 50% for 30seconds. and then at a 100% give it all you've got for 30seconds. This is just an example but you get the idea right?

No fatburners for me...They make me feel funny. I try to eat every 3 hours and do cardio/HIIT to make sure my metabolism keeps working. How are you?

Hey we have the same goals:-) I just keep working my back muscles over and over again...eventually there will be progress!!! I recommend pull-ups as they help in the v-shape development! Take care!
