Why I Love It:
Its a challenge and its like an art. You can sculpt your physique the way you want it and see how well its progress. Plus for health wise it keeps it intact and lowers health risks.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyone around me that enjoys the same reason or their own reason why they stay fit.

when i decided to be more serious on my transformation.
I don't see any results from last months picture. Still need to work on lower body. Legs showing cellulites. Not happy with results.
Hi Pua!...your getting leaner for sure, which is good...focus more on building muscle now...cut cardio back to only 3 times a week, less than 30min. Put all you got into those weights..I think that will get you to the next level.
Hey we have the same goals:-) I just keep working my back muscles over and over again...eventually there will be progress!!! I recommend pull-ups as they help in the v-shape development! Take care!
The reason why I take it is because there is no stimulants, and it works with the natural process of my body. Plus I love the energy flow.

It was a process...surely did not change overnight. I would say to start seeing some results in my legs at least 12months of consistent clean eating and strenght workouts:-) Don't give up...keep pushing forward:-)
I feel ya Pua, sometimes I reflect on a session wondering, did I overtrain, did I undertrain,ect...Good to her you're back on track. My day was pretty good, my last two sessions wiped me out, so a couple of days off will be good!
My training is well, hit a snag with getting enough nutrition; now I'm on whey protein so that should help. Happy to hear your training is taking off, can't wait to see those new pics!;)
You just keep you focus and you will get there, good luck.

yea that sounds a lot better try it , i bet its boound to pay big divdends, saw tha pics and yo have really slimmed down but we both havea long ways to go, i switch up cardio so i dont plateau
Have fun getting ready for your competition next year. Just be consistent with your workouts and eat clean foods...keep coming here for motivation and support:-)
The program won't be super specific; Based on what you're already doing,I'm gonna give a plan for refining physique, building more strength, fine tuning weaknesses and preventing over training.
