How I Started:
There's alot of reason how I got started...The extra push I got was seeing pics of myself, my energy level, and my clothes. Size 22 at the age 19yrs old all the way to age 34.
Why I Love It:
Its a challenge and its like an art. You can sculpt your physique the way you want it and see how well its progress. Plus for health wise it keeps it intact and lowers health risks.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyone around me that enjoys the same reason or their own reason why they stay fit.

you are slacking lol. i know i haven't been training more than you and i'm in recovery. everything is going ok. i'm healing well and pacing my training so i can't complain
Hi Pua, my best advice is to heal up first! As far as trouble spots, you have to examine possible causes. The main being, is diet totally clean and also is training addressing your particular needs? One thing you could try w/ cardio is adding resistance to up the intensity, such as doing treadmill on an incline, adding res. on the cardio bike so that pedaling is more difficult, or wearing a vest on the step machine!
Aloha! You are looking GREAT! Wow, looks like you have kept the lean mass while losing weight...now would be an excellent time to take the lifting to a new level:) I really think you are doing fantastic, keep it going!;)
I guess that all depends on your height and weight and goals! I try to get in as much as I can for muscle growth, hence all that chicken on the grill:-)

you really starting to thin out so you just need to step up cardio. i reallly like tha look you look awesome. what is your training routine like. i need your feed back to. iwent back into tha hosptal and dropped more weight i fianlly abel to get back to a structured training rouitne today. legs lol i was crazy but i gotta lot of core work to. we are gonna get there together, if you let me by your side
