Got tired of feeling like crap so I started working out. I loved it so much I became a trainer.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel younger and I like the way I look.
How I Stay Motivated:
I find ways to test myself, whether it is doing some sort of race or new skill or challenge.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't really bodybuild. But my biggest fitness challenge was surviving the SEAL Adventure Challenge. A 24 hour realistic look at Navy SEAL Hell Week.
Today posted a time of 4:59 for the Crossfit Fran workout. The last time was 14:12 on May 12. 21-15-9 95lb thrusters and Pull Ups.

No :( The closing is Thurs or Fri & Tom's house is 100% ready yet so we didn't get everything moved...that man has always taken it down to the wire...drives me NUTS!! So, I'll probably be scrambling at the end of the week...just in time for another bout of rain that's coming!

A photog in the Woodlands asked to do a photo shoot...we're shooting @Core Fitness up there...very excited to have some pics that don't involve me holding the F'ing camera :)
