I am back to being consistent with logging my food intake by using the fitaday.com/reading information on my bodytype -scivation /increasing the intensity of my workouts- bodybuilding.com. It has been working out pretty well so far.
Thank you...I just overcame the flu last week. As a positive, I did lose 8 lbs...so my abs can be seen. :) Thanks for the kind comments...you're gonna motivate me for tonite's workout! Do you feel 100 percent yet?
Yeah that weather can definately get in there and screw with you. Just gotta try and keep your immune system up. glad your feeling better. You know I always check in on you from time to time. Be good!

Heeey. Girl I maintain my focus for dieting by having a personal trainer. Just having someone to be accountable too, if it were me by myself who knows where my progress would be =) he is to damn good, he could tell within a week if i cheated, sooo I eventually stopped.
Yeah my company got hit pretty hard on the lay off front as well. So that stress is across the board. Yeah I got the Scivation Team on board, so we'll see where we end up. They want me on a pretty strick no carb diet, but its offseason so we'll have to tweak that a tad. lol
