Lower back pain after a marathon hike out West led my Dr. to prescribe core strength. I got carried away with ab work , cardio, etc. and ended up starting a serious lifting program.
Why I Love It:
It works...keeping your body fit and strong keeps aging from getting the better of you!

thanks! not looking as cut as that currently - lost the abs in my bulking... cut will start beginning of 2010 and hope to come back ripped with more mass.

I do by my self and my tripod, thanks for the compliments. I was banned once because I was naked but not showing, you can see the pic on my gallery. you can post any pic as soon as you are dressed, underwear or partial underwear. Not sure about the towel pics, I think they just delete them.
