Using the Turkish get up exercise with the kettlebell is really helping. Not to mention the clean eating. I think that I can make my goal without any fat burners!

Aside from a major set back and falling off my diet I think that I'm doing good. Took me a bit, but I think kick in the butt was getting on the scale and seeing how easy it is to gain back what I worked so hard to change...

There is a clear loss of definition.... In total I think that I'm 6lbs heavier in this photo from the previous one. I've got to get back on the grind....
