Thanks for the compliment, I can only reply with, I wish my quads were taking shape as fast as yours.. :) As, for the guys getting abs faster then girls thing, I don't know, but women get flatter and more tone in the lower abs then men, how's that happen?

The abs are going to be on schedule. Looks like I can do it without a fat burner too... so pimp!!! Turkish get ups with the kettlebell kill to abs, and obliques. I do mine holding the weight out as opposed to resting it on my chest... WOW!!!

If that's the dorm, they kick the hell out of what I had to stay in while at McGuire, and Keesler... Man, I would have liked to go to Germany..... Cheaper parts for the dub :D

yeah, I love those, only thing is that since I moved, I haven't put one up. I use the ledge on the doorway now, try those! You want to talk about hard.... I didn't think about the different types of push ups, thanks for putting that out there.

I think it's a bit of both, I'm only using a 16kg (35lb) k-bell, but it lasts about 30 minutes non stop. The reason I use two for a lot of the stuff is so that I can cut down the time. In all honesty I think that the push ups are the build oriented part of the work out. as soon as I get a bar I'll be adding pull ups.
