What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I'd say not getting the right amount of rest. After that, not warming up, I've done that before and tore a lat, which gave me grief for about a year.

curls, but oddly enough when I do my push ups, my biceps are more pumped then my triceps....
