Maybe you've dropped too many carbs or fats out of your diet if your joints are getting torn up like that? I am not going to suggest anything because you seem like the type that is rather in tune with their body. Best of luck recovering. Needless to say your results are still pretty damn impressive.
Good to see you're on the Beef Liver tabs too, those things are magical. It seems as if my muscle hardness and recovery really get a kick in the ass from those. Do you feel as if you get the same benefits?
Good God, definitely cut up since last time I've been on my bodyspace. I knew you'd look even more impressive after you'd dropped a few pounds of fat. Great job cutting up and it appears your elbow or shoulder injury (cant remember which it was) isn't getting in the way anymore.
