Sam your looking good, I just started to take the twin lab ultra fuel to carb up before my workout. I see Gary and Charlie every once in a while at Fitclub. I haven't posted new pics, but I guarantee I will be 230lbs. by February. Good luck in school, I wish you the best!

You could go to the NPC website to see when they're having a show in your area. NPC in my opinion would be the best choice for a contest to enter in because they are recognized by the IFBB. IFBB judges pay attention to the guys moving up in the ranks and could be your ticket to getting some sponsorship and good exposure.

Hey Christina, how are you? How is your training and yoga going. My dad does yoga every morning for an hour and a half. Recently I had to move back home and his yoga scared the shit out of me. I could hear a loud CHHH, CHHH, CHHH at 4:30 in the morning, I thought someone broke in the house!
