Background

When I Started: Jul 2009
HOW I STARTED:

i used to do pushups and sittups all the time when i was younger and i loved the way it made me feel. when i turned 14 i started hearing people talk about lifting weights and how much they could bench and i wanted to try it out. i bought myself a set of weights and a bench and put them in my backyard and started lifting and have loved it ever since
