It is hard to stay motivated. I have often gone in and out of periods of diet and periods of lifting, but finally have the 2 together. I have been at it since 1/10 and this is the longest consecutive streak for both.

terry917 Shock your diet and it'll pickup again. Howz ur protein to carb count? Use Green tea extract as diuretic & thermogenic. Leave sugar carbs alone after 6 p.m. Try a gallon of water religiously for 7 days. Pee like crazy but it will flush visceral fat overload from the organs. Just a suggestion! Aug 4, 2012 9:03am

terry917 Never left just clocked out temporarily. Had the hernia last summer and stopped training to recover. Then a ventricle collapse in February forced closing up the fitness business to focus on my health. Good news from it, we're Floridian too. My brother tied me into Orioles team physician who offices part time in Sarasota. He diagnosed the problem so decided to move here. Lived here several years ago and loved it.
