My goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, and just look way better overall!!!
Goal (Long):
I'm going to begin by losing 30 to 40 pounds of body fat in the first 60 days starting on 9/25. This would put me around 260lbs, which is my goal weight. I'll update more when i get to that point.
So back in mid November I was closer to my goal than ever before, but i was stuck. I dropped to 275 but couldn't seem to lose any more weight. I tried everything, more strict diet, longer harder cardio workouts, you name it i tried it. Nothing worked, but thankfully i kept losing inches. Then...
