I'm sure you will! I know how frustrating it is to have an injury or chronic pain that just won't heal and go away. Feeling good is a big part of staying motivated, isn't it? I'm glad that you are back on your way to achieving your goals!

Training is always good... I'll never have any issues with that I think... so I have gained muscle but the diet part is where I have problems. I have ups and downs so I pretty much look the same right now. How about you?
