I admire your passion and determination for fitness; each of us must find the motivation with-in ourselves in order to achieve true success and I hope you see how far you have come and how much you have accomplished. Stay true to your goals and to yourself and anything is possible!

"Reality is harsh. It can be cruel and ugly. Yet no matter how much we grieve over our environment and circumstances nothing will change. What is important is not to be defeated, to forge ahead bravely. If we do this, a path will open before us." ~Daisaku Ikeda

Best advice I can give you on food is eat every three hours a high protein + carbs (brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potato) + Vegetables. Also eat about one serving of healthy fats a day (Almonds with no salt is a good one). never eat fat and carbs at the same time so on one meal eat protein vegetables and almonds instead of the carbs. Good-luck BRO!!!

Unfortunately diet is key bro! As hard as it is to stay clean for me too I still try my best to eat with my body in mind. But I really have noticed more BF loss on a carb timing diet rather then a low carb diet. Cardio is a must but timing the carbs can get you shredded about 30% faster. Low carbs in each meal before 6pm except after a workout then high G carbs with a high protein supplement and fat at night.

Thats great man! Cardio can be a bitch sometimes. Actually I am coming off a kinda bulk. I am trying to lean down to around 190-195lbs and shred the BF down to 8% in the next two months. Going to be hard because I normally shred around 188lbs.

Everyone's body reacts differently to different training methods and mine doesn't seem to mind the heavy cardio (muscle loss wise) for some people though doing my routine could cause you to loose some muscle, but I am a firm believer in that everyone should hit the cardio up at least 4 days a week minimum, for the hard gainer I would say 20 sprints 4 days a week after weights, for the endomorph like me I would recommend a lot more then just a few sprints.

Thanks man! I run about 6 miles a day spit between my 20 minute warm up before weights and a 45-60 cardio session after my weight training 6 days a week and on my 7th day I do parachute sprints and a 6 mile jog around a local park.

Good luck to you and your current goals. I applaud you for posting up you latest progress pictures because it reminds me that we are all human and we can fall back on old habits but with perseverance and determination we can rise were we once fell and begin again.
