April 1st 2004 I woke up and weighed myself in at "FAT" 297lbs.
I was tired all the time and could barley run anywhere in fact I even hated walking. I was sloppy and gross!
"WOW I WAS A HUGE GROSS FAT ASS!"
That day I joined the Y.M.C.A. and started weight lifting only to build my arms and chest up, thinking I could never loss the weight because I was genetically supposed to be a fat ass!
I then remember seeing an old friend (Jerry) who was huge his whole life and was now a lean, mean, muscle machine. He proved to me that it's not genetics that keeps us down it’s our inner will to control our eating and training, he was a real inspiration to me! Much respect "JERRY"!
Not a day has gone by where I don’t remember how close I came to a point of no return. I will never go back there again for anything!!!!!

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get it and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! Now if you know what you're worth then go out and get what you're worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain't you! You're better than that! I'm always gonna love you no matter what. No matter what happens. You're my son and you're my blood. You're the best thing in my life. But until you start believing in yourself, ya ain't gonna have a life.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 120+ pounds in 2004...
I have gained alot of muscle this past year 2006 now it's time to cut and see the results of all this lifting!
I cut donw to 10% BF and weighed in at 183 pounds, but I felt like shit and looked good only! I hated it! So I started eating again and I bulked to 210, Now I have cut down to 195 and like 12% but I wanna drop the last BF to hit 190 and 8%BF by this August of 2007!

To start enjoying my life, because I earned it this time! I walked through the fire and swam through a river of shit to come out clean on the other side! We are not given shit in this world, nothing! We are born naked and will die naked, but I can at least say I lived my life were as others cant! I will not let this ****ed up world get to me! I will rise above all of the obstacles in my way! I will never fear anything in this world. I have spent too long wallowing in my own misery only to find out I am the only one who can save me! I have learned that people suck and that life is only what you make it.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I usually hit 5-6 small meals a day
5AM- 8oz of egg whites, and bowl of Kellogg’s protein+ cereal with some added raisins, and a banana
8AM- 1 can of tuna, with 3 cups of vegetables, 1 cup of whole grain brown rice.
11PM- 1 can of tuna, with 3 cups of vegetables, 1 serving of salt free peanuts or almonds
3PM- 1 can of tuna, with 3 cups of vegetables, 1 cup of whole grain brown rice.
8PM- 2 whole grilled chicken breast and 6-8 cups of Norwegian Vegetable mix. I usually hit 5-6 small meals a day

Eat nothing before training at least two hours before training, but last meal before gym is 1 cup of whole grain rice, one can of tuna with 3 cups of vegetables. Protein shake make me bloated and gain fat! So instead I go straight home and eat two whole grilled chicken breast and a huge bowl of vegetables!

Current Five day weight training split (Rotates):
Cardio = (before each workout is a 15-20 minute run with a steadily increased speed from 6.5 for two minutes, then 7.0 for five minutes, then 7.5 for 5 minutes, then 8.0 for five minutes, ending in burst run for two minutes at 9.0) ...

yo bro...good to know that im in a REAL gym and that your there if i ever need your advice on stuff. man i feel 100% different in just the short time ive been working out again. my cardio levels are up again and im maxxing out myself to see where i stand on what i can lift.
the point is, i look forward to going to the gym everyday now. Even on the days i take off I wanna go but im set on 4-5 days a week of training!
