I was your standard, no genetics little guy. I weighed 88lbs freshman year of high school and that was after lifting weights for two years. I wanted to be big enough to play college football and succeed at it.
Why I Love It:
I love the opportunity to change. To mold and shape my body. It is also my career. I am a personal trainer for a living. It is a passion.
I love the war and aggression you can bring to the iron. You against the weight, it is almost primal in nature. Win or loss it is always a success!
How I Stay Motivated:
To constantly challenge myself and the others around me is my life's calling.
BB Accomplishments:
I have coached many people in bodybuilding as well as myself. My greatest accomplishments are not my own but those I helped to create for others. I have placed high in shows before but to watch the guy who has been fat all his life stand on stage and bring home that trophy. That truly is an accomplishment.

Goal (Long):
I am going to reset all my goals and lean down to a comfortable body-fat percentage and adjust all my training. Live a healthier, more flexible, and overall more productive life.

I want to GAIN 5 lb

hey man im traing twice a day at weights trying 2 put on mass and it working the only thing is i notice some of the other fella training 4 mass seem 2 keep the six pack and stomach well tone how is this
