I started working out more when I was deployed to the desert. I've always been a skinny little $*!@ but atheletic...wierd. Love the way I feel after a workout and SEEING the effects it's having.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a workout; the energy, the look, and the feeling of satisfaction.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
AC Joint. out for 2 months. recovered with time, rest, and slowly recovering through light training.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Jumping straight into a workout with no knowledge of their limits. When I weighed 135, I didn't try to bench something that REQUIRED me to have a spot help on each lift. Gradually increase your weight...more
