How I Started:
I started working out more when I was deployed to the desert. I've always been a skinny little $*!@ but atheletic...wierd. Love the way I feel after a workout and SEEING the effects it's having.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a workout; the energy, the look, and the feeling of satisfaction.

Back home from deployment. My wife's been really supportive about my gym habit, even started going with me, her running, me lifting. 180lbs cut is still my goal. Want to get 16" arms, fully developed chest/lats, and see more ab definition.

AC Joint. out for 2 months. recovered with time, rest, and slowly recovering through light training.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Jumping straight into a workout with no knowledge of their limits. When I weighed 135, I didn't try to bench something that REQUIRED me to have a spot help on each lift.
