i know a lot of marines and most of them are bad asses man. it's not a bad branch. look into it man. don't trust everything the recruiter tells you, lol. do some research before you get to far into it, talk to some marines. not gonna lie, being in the military is pretty bad ass man, like i said i like it a lot.

it's not bad. there are a lot of things you have to get used to. It's not all guns, blood, sex and rock 'n roll. It's definitely not like the commercials. Lol!! I like it though. I'd reccommend everyone should do at least three yrs in the military. what branch were you thinking about?

nothing much today, gonna workout, some simple stuff, kind of been out of it for a month, so i'll just get into the swing of things, and just getting ready for work tomorrow. how bout u?

dude crossfit is pretty intense. i don't know the whole jist of it but i did do a couple of workouts according to their rules. Yeah, man, i threw up on about half the workouts. It's crazy dude. I liked it, but i kind of like punishing myself like that, lol.

Right now I'm on leave. But when i get back to colorado i'll b dropping my packet for nursing school which will mean a move to San Antonio. where will you be going when get state side again?

thanks dude. actually my ab routine is kinda non-existent. It's mostly diet i think, and i do a lot of jack knives, but that's pretty much it. running helps too. your abs ain't bad man, definitely have a hard looking core. got back to the states bout two wks ago, going on leave on wed. just enjoying life back in the states.

Hey man, sorry to see you're goin thru some tough times. That totally sucks. I hope you're able to keep going with the gym and everything. Your cuts and definition is awesome!! Go beat up some weight if you're getting stressed. Never been through a divorce myself, but maybe that can help a little. Or maybe, get a new tatt, lol, that's one of the things i always do.
