well im tired of looking in the mirror and seeing all the flab. I want to have a hard body and look and feel good about my self again

because you get what you put into it. and the Iron will never lie to you it always kicks you in the teeth to let you know how your doing

Stick with it. I made the choice back in January to drop the pounds and body fat. Hard road but now I look back and see that it was easier than what I thought. Have you looked into the Body for Life program. 12 weeks total and the results are amazing. No gimmicks, all on you and the gym. Good luck
