What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I just do barbell curls, dumbbell curls, and cable curls.
What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Close-grip bench presses and cable extensions.
What forearm workout has worked best for you?
I don't have one...its seems like I really get a good forearm workout when I do back.

Man, tell me about it but I'm guessing that heavy calorie truemass is helping you put on some weight a bit despite all the b-ball.
I took a sample of that and really didn't feel like eating that much. that was a third of a normal serving. How's it working for you so far?
