To continue to improve, and to rebalance my nutrition plan to support a leaner building program.
Goal (Long):
Keeping bodyfat below 12% while building seems to be working for me. It was a matter of relaxing my diet a little bit - I was going too lean and too controlled.
My current goal is to go from 205 @ 11.3% to 215 at no more than 11% by Thanksgiving. I think it's reasonable, given my current approach to nutrition, and my new workout strategy, which seems more in tune with my body's recovery capabilities.
Like the old song - I'm going back to the familiar. I've had a few days of cardio only - even a rest day or two - but I have to feel the weights in my hands again.
A funny thing happened yesterday morning. But here's some deep background first, so it will make sense....
looking great,it looks like you get better with age!
I just turned 47 would appretiate if you check out my pics and leave some comments and feedback ,thanks
Hey Joey,
I know the big day is this weekend. I'd wish you luck, but luck has little to do with it. It's all about the preparation, and it appears as though you've nailed it.
Enjoy the show and give it all you've got!
I'll be pulling for you,
LT
