Really just worked out from home
and have become more serious in the past year and a half, attending the gym 5 out of seven days if possible.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump!! i also really like to learn about the science behind the muscle. I love the feeling I get after a good workout, and like sculpting my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just stick to my training split,..Im on auto pilot. Theres no question of lack of motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
None as yet, other than the pride I feel from the progrees Ive made so far.
I want to gain balance and size overall while keeping the level of definition that I already have.
Goal (Long):
I want to bring up my lagging body parts, mainly my hams, calves and triceps. Im already seeing a big difference as Ive been focused for a while now but I want more!! By the peak of summer 2009 I want balance and size in my upper arms and the same goes for my legs but my target is christmas 09 (my present to myself!)
