i went through a long depression and quit using drugs and alcohol and decided to do something productive
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel good about my self is the main thing it gives me somewhere to vent my anger and let go of daily problems not to mention i love to actually see just how strong i can get,among other things.
How I Stay Motivated:
thinking about how i used to be and thinking about all of my ex friends that are still like that.

pantera eh?? i love them pantera,i know exactly where your coming from. starting to lift after you quit doing drugs.that's how i started,the judge gave me one last chance,and after being in jail, when i came out i quit coke, i quit pot after 7 yrs, i did acid, you name it i done it. i had to leave all my life long buddies behind, it was depressing, but i managed throught bodybuilding.
700lbs deadlift!damn i got a 415lbs deadlift last week.
