The compliments I get from people and the difference I see what i used to look and and what i look like now. It helps me to really relax and just go into my own world while deployed and even though these alot of people around I dont see them its just me.

Think about wife and my son. I want to be in good health to keep him healthy and everyone else in my family.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
rotator cuff injury. still am injured. I just take asprin and make sure i stretch and do strengthing exercises specifically for the RC and make sure i am warmed up

ALL exercises becuase if you dont watch form you can easyly tear/break/ ect something
I for the first time yesterday finally understand what that means. I have to ramble about this becuase obvisly some dumb Sh**s dont know what it is. During my work out yesterday I was in the middle of my workout on my 9th set of curls. I was on rep # 7 I was struggling to get it up but...
you've got some great progress going lookin' at your pics... I kinda fell off with work and all my qualification tests but I'm hittin' the gym again like I did before. I actually had a TSGT from another squadron looking for someone to lift with so I might go with him so I have someone to keep me motivated.
