usually between 8 and 12 reps. This rep range is ideal for muscle hypertrophy. lower reps build strength, higher reps build endurance

probably around 90 seconds

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I had shoulder pain for a while...worked my way out of that. Then I pulled my lower back pretty bad doing heavy bent over barbell rows. whoops
