My dad and uncle are both personal trainers and gym owners. After years of being surrounded by the gym atmosphere i finally started to realize its what i love. Since the end of high school my passion for health and wellness has never ceased to grow

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
usually between 8 and 12 reps. This rep range is ideal for muscle hypertrophy. lower reps build strength, higher reps build endurance

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I had shoulder pain for a while...worked my way out of that. Then I pulled my lower back pretty bad doing heavy bent over barbell rows. whoops

So i got hired as a trainer at Equinox Fitness West Hollywood in october. Its been going pretty well...pretty much the best job i could ask for considering I just moved out here to hollywood. I still need to pick up a few more clients though.

im new to this whole bulk/cutting thing but id like to lose some of the fat around the waist and keep the muscle ive gained. Almost hit my goal of 200. Not sure what is good for my size though. Next time im at equinox i will say hi if you are there. Its a nice place!
