Was always the small kid. I decided that I finally wanted to get rid of that image.
Why I Love It:
The results for one. But the pump and the natural high you get from lifting. Its also a wonderful stress reliever. Just being able to get out of the world. Focus on something physically and mentally. And jamming out to some good tunes too!
How I Stay Motivated:
Lots of trips to the mirror. The love of the sport.

Diet is going well.. staying away from carbs after lunch.

Playing a lot of raquetball too.. still have no clue how many calories I am burning a day.
