How I Started:
I watched my body turn to fat due to being in college and having a massive back injury, I told myself this is enough, i take care of dying people for a living and I was living my own death.
Why I Love It:
It's a mind over matter deal. I get into a zone and theres nothing to take me out. Even something as minute as getting on the treadmill and staring at my old fat picture on the wall get's me cold chills
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be around for my children and wife. I do want the personal gains but my parents could never go out and play ball with me when I was younger, they smoked and were in terrible shape.
BB Accomplishments:
To lose this fat! I was never this big, I worked out in high school and then got married, had kids, and that's the rest of the story.
