I like the exercise where you lay down at a seated row machine. Hold a straight bar with elbows tight into your side and keep tension on the bicep through the full range of motion.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I love doing a giant set of tricep extensions, with tricep pullovers and into a tricep press all with an ez curl bar.
