Background

When I Started: Aug 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I actually started working out Jul 05 but injuries stopped me. Started back when I deployed to Iraq because I needed to lose some weight.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like it because I notice the changes in my body and I feel the difference.
