Looking at myself in the mirror and constantly not being happy with what i saw... my skinny self wasn't good enough anymore
Why I Love It:
Being physically active and hitting the weights is now part of my daily life, taking that away from me would drive me mad! It gives me that natural boost every day to get more!

this is me super skinny @ 150 lbs.
i couldnt look at myself in the mirror any more, the new goal was to get to 175, lean muscle with that shredded look!

Goal (Long):
Since i was young all ive been doing is running and playing soccer. Staying fit was everything.
the difference is now im dedicating my time to myself properly, adding muscle and power where needed.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb

This one guy Ulisses... hes in all those mags for Reps and so on...
that guy is jacked but in a good way, proportioned well and shredded.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Being in the right frame of mind to work out doesnt always happen. Sometimes its music that gets me going, or even a cup of coffee,.., either way, 5 minutes in and im pumped
