How I Started:
When I got deployed to Iraq I weighed 220 lbs and decided to it was the perfect time to make some changes.
Why I Love It:
I love the satisfaction I get from setting and obtaining goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Most of my family is overweight I want to set an example for my children.

This picture makes me laugh because I remember believing that I was just a LITTLE over-weight.
This was taken after my leg workout. I hit it so hard I vomited! That's how I know I must have done it right!
