Wanted to look like Arnold. (not even close) then Lee Priest, then Ronnie Coleman, Then Jay Cutler, LOL.. Oh ya and Nitro from the first gladiators, and Van Damme of course. Bruce Lee... Biggest I got was in my 20s I made it to 209 lbs. about 15% bodyfat.. I thought I was HUGE. (laughs)
Why I Love It:
I love to see progress with my body. Why? I dont really know. I guess I am my own experiment. (laughs)
How I Stay Motivated:
My little girl needs me to be around for as long as possible. She is my motivation. Plus Im a stay at home dad, I got nothing better to do anyways, besides entertain my daughter. Why be Lazy...
BB Accomplishments:
Got down to 13% bodyfat. Want to get down to 8%... Want to take shirt off at beach without thinking about my pudge damn it. I live 5 minutes from the beach so it matters alot to me, for your Montana folks who dont understand. LOL

Thanks for the tips. I actually noticed a tan place not far from my apartment with the winter setting in I am gonna start going a few times a week , so I can not look like Casper the Ghost with my shirt off
