Background
Felt crappy about myself, finally decided to do something about it in highschool. I started going to the gym doing a 3 day weird split "workout -thingy". Now as i have matured in the bodybuilding world i am learning how to stick o your diet and of course training well- 6 days a week!! and i love it evry bit of it!!!!
From when i was a kid in grade 3 or 4 ive been concerned about my body. i was unhappy about it and the only way to change your body is if you do something about it. I satrted bodybuilding in grade 9 and ever since i just keep going and going at it. My progress is slow because thats how my body is but it is surely happening. I look forward to a few years from now even, when i can look back at myself today and see how much of a difference i amde in my body.
