I met a personal trainer named Chuck Stephens.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush, the way my body looks with muscle, the stress relief and meeting new people with the same interest in bodybuilding/fitness.

By looking in the mirror. If I don't like what I see, I train and diet harder.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
mind over matter. i have to take a few minutes after the workday and relax my mind.
Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
