**** I been good, wondering where you been. This weekend I tweeked my left shoulder when I was eating..... I have no idea how but im going to take a week or maybe 4 days off just so this tweek doesn't get serious. Its nothing major. What are you doing right now?

But should I train traps b4 shoulders or shoulders then traps? Alot of the the times when im done with shoulders my traps are pretty worked out , so I can't really hit my traps direct or is that okay to have them hit by shoulders then train traps?

For my traps, should i ever work them before my shoulders on shoulders day? Or put my trap workout with another bodypart?

It was good to see you at the Cup. I got a question, when your body is sore the next day from lifting heavy, are you overworked or not getting in enough calories? Is that a good thing or bad?
