Overall Goal:  To get my shoulder to 100% and jump back in the game.When that happens shred down!

Fit Status:  I tweaked my shoulder and been out of the gym for almost 11 days. Going under alot of stress, but trying to stay focused on my goals.

i started getting into bodybuilding when i was 16 but i was on and off i started gaining muscle fast but i hurt my arm.
Why I Love It:
because once i started it was hard to stop. Too much people notice so i kept it up.The pump was a rush it calmed my soul.

you can work them with shoulders or back, it's up to you what works best.

if it is sore the next day, that's a good thing. That means you got a good workout and now your body is recovering. If it is sore for a couple of days, that could mean you are not eating or sleeping enough so your recovery is not as fast as it should be.

dam that's far......their is so much things you can do for arms, I would rather show you in person. you can use free weights or cables, do some over head extensions, skull crushers, and cable push downs. those will hit all the heads of the triceps. for bi's just do barbell curls, hammer curls, and concentration curls.

well for diet i hardly eat anything at all andim doing the 12weks tranformation thing witch is doing well plus i added a mens helth ab program
