dam that's far......their is so much things you can do for arms, I would rather show you in person.
you can use free weights or cables, do some over head extensions, skull crushers, and cable push downs. those will hit all the heads of the triceps.
for bi's just do barbell curls, hammer curls, and concentration curls.
When you got your diet and training down perfect and your not getting bigger, then you should consider other means. It takes years to develop your body, I don't understand why everybody can't understand that. You have to master the basics before even thinking about the advance stuff.
When they come to Hawaii I get to go out with them because I'm a judge...When I compete in the mainland they remember me and sometimes we get to hangout up there too. It's pretty cool. I notice the bigger you get and the higher level you compete at, pros tend to talk to you more.
Stick to the basics, it's more important to get your nutrition down first. I've been competing for 10 years and I'm still learning about nutrition. Most of the supplements are just hype!
For supplement you need to start with the basics.....
Probiotics
Multiv it
creatine
glutamine
bcaa's
N O2
CLA
L Carnitine
ZMA
and that's just the basics
