I started bodybuilding when i was 18. I was really skinny then and i wanted to gain a lot of weight. I made some really "bad" choices in those days. After some time my college started and i started working as a programmer. I gain lot of fat - bad nutrition, no working out, sitting life style, smoking and drinking. When i was weighting 110[kg]/243[lb] i decided to change it all. In beginning of 2008 i started my fat reduction program. Still learning a lot about nutritions and supplements.
Why I Love It:
I love becomming stronger, faster and better looking! Bodybuilding is a addiction and i'm fully addicted to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
There are so many great things we can acomplish in our lives. My high ambitions always keep me motivated.
Right now i'm focused on cutting fat down to 4%. I'm getting ready for Men's Health readers cover contest. After i'm done with it i will try gain lean muscles and keep body fat low.
Dude I only got up to pee that day! 16 hours of television and my brain was rotted to the core yuck! I'm glad to be up and out again!!
The first snow eh? Are you a gym-goer or are you going to be missing the outdoor cardio?
I haven't used that Scivation product...though I am interested in their new MRP-I think it's only in pre-order stage right now but they're pretty good with their stuff taste-wise and the EAS MRP's are too bloody expensive for what they are!
