ALL KINDS...i was trying to get bigger when I came back home 2 weeks ago but I had to jump into contest prep and cut fast..like found out a few days ago for a photo shoot. but I change my workouts EVERY week. thats where I see my best gains. esp my legs ;-)

My suggestion would be to keep adding mass for a year or two. Depending on how hard you work, after a year or so you will be holding a lot more muscle which would make you look a lot more impressive when you did "dry out". Until then keep the water at 1 and 1/2 gallons a day and lean meat and complex carbs like a monster for another year. Then diet down and dry out!

I use very few supplements. Mainly a good protien, a pre/post workout amino acid, creatine mix and fat burners at contest time. Gaining is all about food intake, I use whole foods rather than supplements.
