How I Started: I got started when I was in high school trying to stay in shape. I was into football and track. But after high school I got more into football and boxing.
Why I Love It: I like being healthy and looking my best.
How I Stay Motivated: I look at before pictures and I show signs of great progress in my abilities. Speed, endurance, power etc.
