hey bud, well its not easy and well if you look at my stats i havent really mananged it. lost alot of mass-20lb in 3 months! but hey the key is to keep a good diet whilst maintaining high protein intake. you're never not going to lose any mass so its just a case of damage limitation i guess!

6 small meals a day. I ate carbs early in the day and throughout the day started to slowly cut them down and eat more protein. Last meal was 4 hours before bed. Also played basketball for 2 hours a day too
