How I Started:
I got tired of the up and down. I was tired of being out of shape and feeling uncomfortable and having a lack of confidence. I just woke up one day and I was fed up with it and i had to do something about it.I had got up to about 255-260 and i had never been that heavy in my life. Never again.

I want to make BB.com transformation of the week.
Goal (Long):
My goals are stand at 200 lbs with 8% body fat with a waist in the low 30's. I want to achieve the "Adonis Belt" I never had and sliced abs. My ideal size arms are 17''. I want to be able to take my shirt off with pride this spring and summer and im going to do everything it takes.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 40 lb

It changed alot, but I cycled carbs...normal days were around 110 and I had one high day of 600. 90% of my meals were Tilapia and Broccoli.
