I was doing the gym thing 3 days a week with 10 minutes of HIIT every other workout, but I have stalled in my weight loss. So, I am now doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, level 1, twice a day for the next week and see if I can pull a 5 pound loss.
Looks like youve made a lot of progress since last I visited. Stay strong and keep up the good work. Eating and sleeping seems to be the trouble spots for me.It seems that I cant get it right to promote fat loss. More sleep, less sweets!! There is someone hustlin girl scout cookies right now in my face!! I must resist!!! Stay strong and keep making progress.
Interesting to say the least!!! Its so much temptation out there (fried foods.) I'm not going to lie, its been a hell of a challenge and I had a few slip-ups a long the way but im still grinding and I recommitted myself in reaching my fitness goals. Taking it one day at a time. Question.... why does everything so bad for you taste sooooo good?
