How I Started:
I took Cardio Boxing at my local MMA facility and fell in love with how amazing I felt after a cardio & plyo-metric routine.
Why I Love It:
Not only do I feel absolutely amazing after leaving the gym but I love how everyone has their own tailored fitness regime and different goals which i can not only use to benefit myself but to help others as well.

Goal (Long):
120 pounds of lean body mass! I can't get my weight anything other than 113 or 115.
Shai is amazing. He has views on things that no one else can see. He's very down-to-earth and knows how much hard work and dedication it takes to get where you want to be. Plus, he's also a fan of MMA ( which is AWESOME!!)
After a good nights rest of 10 hours. Wake up EARLY morning do some cardio either down hiking at the Gorge or on the treadmill. Before I eat because glycogen is low so body has to burn fat instead. About 20 minutes 3 times a week(running) or 50 minutes 5 times a week (walking)
thats awesome! I've gone thru two tubs of that stuff, I find if I take it on an empty stomach it makes me kinda sick tho, but the pump is undeniable. thats rad that you box and kickbox, I started doing a little boxing and I love it!
P90x love the stuff except for plyo, da pain da pain!!! but then again im still way over weight and jumping just is pure hell on my knees but I do it!!! Enjoy!!!!!
