How I Started:
I took Cardio Boxing at my local MMA facility and fell in love with how amazing I felt after a cardio & plyo-metric routine.
Why I Love It:
Not only do I feel absolutely amazing after leaving the gym but I love how everyone has their own tailored fitness regime and different goals which i can not only use to benefit myself but to help others as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
I believe in comitment: "There is a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstances permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results." The I-Pod always helps as well!
BB Accomplishments:
I'm not looking to be the next Mrs. Universe. I am merely looking to stay in shape and keep my body looking fantastic. So far so good!!

I've been slacking. Pulled my back not long ago and been sore as hell from kickboxing training so ive been told to take it light and easy so i did
My abs. My pride and joy. The tattoo is incentive to never get fat. I work hard and the flash from my camera is messed :(

What calf workout has worked best for you?
Bike rides and hiking! I love the great outdoors for cardio. But not only do i get the cardio benefit i get awesome legs ;) haha

Workout Program:
After a good nights rest of 10 hours. Wake up EARLY morning do some cardio either down hiking at the Gorge or on the treadmill. Before I eat because glycogen is low so body has to burn fat instead. About 20 minutes 3 times a week(running) or 50 minutes 5 times a week (walking)

Monday @ 6:30...

Thats awesome! yea I have only been training for a little over a year, so youd probably kick my ass :) I have been a mma fan for a long time too. I could watch it all day and not get bored. Im training to kill time and its a good way to keep in shape, im more into bodybuilding as a hobby. Did you hear houston alexander is going to fight kimbo? kimbo is going to get his ass kicked

thats awesome! I've gone thru two tubs of that stuff, I find if I take it on an empty stomach it makes me kinda sick tho, but the pump is undeniable. thats rad that you box and kickbox, I started doing a little boxing and I love it!
