How I Started:
I started training when i was about 16 years old.I started with my trainer and friend johnny moya. Hes the best you can have!! Made me where and who i am today. without him none of this would of been possible. I realized i needed to do something with my weight when my doctor had said something to me . I was at 245 pounds and only 16 years old! It was horrible.. there was so many health risks that i was eligible for. I got scared when they were testing me for diabetes and decided i wasn't going to live like this any longer! So i trained for about 2 years and lost 45 pounds in within 8 months and maintained my weight for over a year! My lowest weight was 197 and from that point on my weight fluctuated up and down. I hit a plateau. I felt great, i learned how and what was a healthy diet and gave it my all. I unfourtanly had to stop training because it became way too expensive. As soon as i stopped i started slacking! I knew i didn't have johnny to keep me motivated. Even though he is always pushing me and there no matter what. So i kept the weight off for about a year and a half and gained 30 pounds back in a span of 2 years. So here i am today starting again. Back in the gym and loving every minute of it.
Why I Love It:
Working out is the best feeling in the world. It's such a high and puts me in an amazing mood. I cant even explain how much i love it. The gym gives you an overall satisfaction.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is mostly my mother ! Omg without her i would of never even thought about going to the gym. She is an amazing person and has a huge heart she keeps me going everyday. Johnny has a huge effect on my life. He changed my life forever. I look up to him in so many ways and is so blessed to have a person like him in my life.
BB Accomplishments:
My major goals is to be a fitness model and to compete. I first have to lose about 80 pounds and then start transforming my body to be in the best shape i can possibly be in to achieve my goals.

Josh is amazing. His body is jaw dropping and he works so hard to get to where hes at. His transformations are stunning. He keeps me moving everyday.. Hes a very down to earth smart guy. He knows exactly how 2 build a body and what it takes to get there. All his dedication and hard work shows for sure!! His drive alone and love for what he does inspires me.. Ever need anything hes your go 2 guy ;) <3
yay!! four and a half months of training and im down 38 pounds!! ahhh im gettin there cant wait for the next 5 months.. ;) finally starting to see a change.. <3
my day is going fine just relaxing today gonna bust my ass tomorrow b4 the holiday and then right back at it again gotta keep my body ripped looking for my job!!!
